Lincolnshire
our vast county
Lincolnshire is a county known for its vast geographical expanse, some of which is sparsely populated. We do experience some mobility challenges as a result of this and a reliance on public transport isn’t ideal.
- Urban Areas: Lincolnshire has several urban centers, where population density is higher. These areas are home to hundreds of businesses and include larger corporations. They also benefit from greater transport links.
- Rural Areas: Much of Lincolnshire consists of rural and agricultural land. In these areas, especially in the fenlands and agricultural plains, population density tends to be lower, but there are still a lot of businesses who need to recruit local staff.
- Coastal Areas: Coastal regions can be trickier to get to, especially with traffic in the height of summer. There are fewer large companies. Employing locally based people mitigates the public transport issues and frustration with traffic.
